I hereby acknowledge that I am aware that Section 11 of the Kansas Open Records Act provides:

"Except to the extent otherwise authorized by law, no person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service to persons listed therein, any list of names and addressed contained in and derived from public records." I also acknowledge that a violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.

Ticket Number		(As shown on the front of the ticket.)

...OR by last name and date of birth. (Searching by last name and date of birth selects ALL open tickets since 1/1/2008 for that individual.)
Last Name		(As shown on your drivers license. Not case sensitive.)
Date of Birth		(Enter date with a mm/dd/yyyy format including slashes. For example, enter 05/30/1980 for a birth date of May 30, 1980.)
